The Peter Claver Center Inc. is accepting applications for the Annual Christmas for tots distribution. Applicants must apply during the hours as scheduled only!!!. No exceptions. Applications will be accepted at the Peter Claver Center located a 180 S. Chicago Street in Joliet.

Sign-up time is from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ONLY!

Sign-up days are as followed:

• Monday December 14 th, 2009

(Only the economically disadvantaged families of Will County are eligible to apply.)

Mandatory requirements for applicant:

• Must be Parent or Legal guardian
• Current photo ID
• Current proof of income
• Current W-2 form
• Current proof of residency
• Current proof of Public Aid status
• Current Public Aid Medical card
• Birth Certificates of Children
